Typical real estate referral fees are often around 25%. We strive to negotiate 30% whenever possible to help you earn more from the opportunity you created.

 

5 — THEY CLOSE. YOU GET PAID.

The receiving agent handles the transaction. Once it closes and The 90th Group Referral receives the referral commission:
